Minimum Daily guaranteed rate at $500 to $3,000 depending on experience OR $30% adjusted production.

Crowns
Fillings
Extractions
Invisalign
Any procedure the Dentist is comfortable performing.

Requirements:

Authorized to work in Louisiana.
Current Dental license.
Current DEA License.
