Details:
- Minimum Daily guaranteed rate at $600 to $1,000 depending on experience OR $30% adjusted production.
- Potential for partnership buy-in.

- Private Practice that focuses on quality care.
Duties Include:
- Crowns.
- Fillings.
- Extractions.
- Any procedure the Dentist is comfortable with.
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in Louisiana.
- Up-to-date Dental license.
- Up-to-date DEA License.
Pay: Guaranteed Daily Per Diem $600 to $1,500
